How is my order delivered?
We now use Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Your order should be with you 1/2 days after we have sent the goods from our factory. We generally have little problems delivering this way but please be aware we have no control over the postal service.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
Softwalker aim to despatch goods within 3-4 days of receiving your order.
We manufacture here in the UK so if for any reason the item is out of stock we put it into production but still hope to have it to you within 7-10 days.
Please note that if it's a seasonal product and we are experiencing high demand there may be an extra delay but please feel free to contact us on FREEPHONE 0800 093 2460 for availability or an update on your order.

Do you have any shops?
We have two stores in the North West, Cheshire & Cumbria please see 'contact us' for more information. At present we do not sell through independent retailers.

Can i get a refund if they don't fit?
We offer a full money back guarantee on all orders received back within 30 days.
Once we receive your order back to our factory in an unworn condition we will refund you the full amount (excluding postage) alternatively if you would like to exchange your order just fill out the back of the delivery note with your prefered style/colour/size and we will despatch them as soon as they arrive back to the factory. Do you ship abroad?
At present we only ship to the UK

Do you deliver to Southern Ireland?
We do deliver to southern Ireland but there is an increased postage cost. Please call FREEPHONE 0800 093 2460 for a quote.

What width fitting are you?
Our width fitting is based around a 'D' shaped last. However please note that different styles fit differently so if you're unsure which style best suits your feet call us on FREEPHONE 0800 093 2460. Please also note that each manufacturer has different ideas of width fitting so what we would call a 'D' fit another company may call it something else.

Do you still offer the Customfit service?
We no longer offer the Customfit service, however, all feet are different and we will look at each case individually and give you an immediate answer as to whether we can help you. Please call FREEPHONE 0800 093 2460 or email info@softwalker.co.uk for expert advice.

Can i order by post?
We no longer produce a mail order catalogue but we still accept orders through the post. Send your order and payment details to Softwalker Ltd, Duddon Road, Askam-in-Furness LA16 7AN. Make cheques payable to Softwalker Ltd. Please ensure you include a phone number with your order.

Do you have a catalogue?
We no longer produce a catalogue. Please refer to 'can i order by post'

Do you do a Men's range?
At present we only manufacture Ladies footwear. We have no immediate plans to produce a range of men's footwear however we will re-visit men's footwear at a later stage so watch this space!

Do you sell into any High Street shops?
We plan to sell to retailers but at present you can only buy from our stores in the North West (see 'contact us') or our website.
