All of our shoes and sandals are manufactured at our Lake District factory. This means we can control every stage from design to delivery. We are confident you will love our footwear. However, if you are not completely satisfied please send them back to us for a 'no-nonsense' replacement or refund. See 'Exchanges & Refunds' below. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date on your statement. Send your order back to us using the returns form. Your return will be processed promptly once we have recieved the items back to our factory. If you wish to cancel your order before we dispatch them we will refund any money taken from your account. Exchanges & Refunds

If you have to return anything for an exchange or refund, just follow the instructions enclosed within your shoe box. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date on your statement.

If for any reason an item has been sent out with a factory fault we will replace the goods free of charge.
