Telephone Ordering
If you would like to order over the phone please call FREEPHONE 0800 093 2460 lines open from Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm. Please have your credit/debit card ready. Our friendly office staff are on hand to offer advice on the best styles to suit your feet and take your order over the phone for a quick and easy service.

Order by Post
We no longer produce a mail order catalogue but we still accept orders via post. If you have an old catalogue and would like to know if we still make a particular style please call us to check availability as we do have some stock of discontinued items left. All orders must be sent to Softwalker Ltd, Duddon Road, Askam-in-Furness, Cumbria, LA16 7AN. Cheques must be made payable to Softwalker Ltd.

Payment Methods
Meastro, Mastercard, Visa Debit/Credit, Electron, Delta, Solo. If sending order via post and paying by cheque please make payable to Softwalker Ltd. We only accept GBP currency. 

Delivery Method
We deliver goods via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Your Order should be dispatched within 3-4 days on receipt of your order. We do keep stocks of all our range but if demand is high for certain styles or colours we may have to manufacture your shoes or sandals, this means it can sometimes take up to two weeks before you receive your order. Please note that we have no control over the Royal Mail's delivery service.

All of our shoes and sandals are manufactured at our Lake District factory. This means we can control every stage from design to delivery. We are confident you will love our footwear. However, if you are not completely satisfied please send them back to us for a 'no-nonsense' replacement or refund. See 'Exchanges & Refunds' below. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date on your statement. Send your order back to us using the FREEPOST return label (also enclosed). Your return will be processed promptly once we have received the items back to our factory. If you wish to cancel your order before we despatch them we will refund any monies taken from your account. Exchanges & Refunds
If you have to return anything for an exchange or refund, just follow the instructions enclosed within your shoe box. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date on your statement.

Faulty Items
If for any reason an item has been sent out with a factory fault we will replace the goods free of charge.
